One developer has taken on the task of filling the void – a new 70 Room Hotel is proposed for the area known as Jess Ranch – located South of Bear Valley Rd in Apple Valley – anchored by a bustling regional retail destination – Jess Ranch Marketplace – home to Target, Staples, Burlington Coat Factory, Winco, Pet Smart, Cinemark, 24 hour fitness and many more national brand tenants.
With a city mostly comprised of families with children and active retired seniors and a robust offering of youth sports activities with traveling teams that host events for out-of-town guests, it seems a hotel to be a logical addition to the town. Additionally, The West end of the town is adjacent to the Victor Valley College, host to numerous events and the North end of town, bisected by Highway 18, provides many medical and professional services, well developed around St Mary’s Medical Center hospital campus.
