The city of Barstow will soon welcome the national retailer Harbor Freight Tools on E. Virginia Way, with plans to open Summer 2015. Their location, just northeast of I-15 & Barstow Rd, is part of a commercial project to section out the former Kmart building to include space for two additional tenants.
