The corner of Escondido Ave & Main St in Hesperia is transforming. Panda Express and the Speedwash have recently opened within the new Hesperia Walmart Center. More construction is underway to develop a ±10,000 SF Petco store and an adjacent ±13,800 SF muli-tenant retail center with a few Credit Tenants like The Habit, Great Clips, Yogurtland and Pizza Five 85 already lined up.
