Ridgecrest Business Park welcomed two new tenants with the help of Kursch Group. Jeremy Schmidt and Rob Kurth recently leased Units 408 and 410. The landlord had previously listed the units with several other brokerage firms that were unsuccessful in obtaining a tenant. However, Kursch Group was successfully able lease both the units in under 60 days. Each unit is 1,237sf and both offer a small office space and open warehouse space with 10 X 12 roll-up door.
