A brand new industrial facility of 447,740 SF has just completed construction in Victorville, CA. New to the High Desert, Arden Companies, will occupy 211,000 SF of the space and Newell-Rubbermaid Brands will expand into the remaining space for a total operation of nearly 820,000 SF. The project adds 125 new jobs to the region. The new facility is located within the Southern California Logistics Center, a 2,500 Acre industrial development equipped with an international logistics airport.
