Tuesday night, January 26, the Hesperia City Council unanimously voted to approve the Tapestry Project. The project encompasses 9,365 Acres, located south of Hesperia. Phase One, located in the Mesa Village at the northeast portion of the project, is proposed to include 2,104 residential units, an elementary school, community park, and the waste water treatment facility.
