The city of Victorville has approved a plan to reclassify 473 acres of land along the I-15 Freeway, on both west and east sides, in the Civic Center area. The purpose is to revitalize the area in a sustainable manner by promoting energy efficiency, expanding pedestrian pathways and bike lanes and encouraging a healthy working and living environment.
