In July, the Apple Valley Mayor announced the bridge project is set to begin construction in March 2014. The project will connect the gap between Yucca Loma Rd & Yates Rd, spanning across the Mojave River bed and railroad tracks. This will open another much needed East-West thoroughfare for local residents.
